Soulful Offerings
Birth Plan Offering
$250
I will work with you one-on-one to design a birth plan that highlights your hopes, values, and preferences, from birthing positions and preferred support, to medical interventions and immediate postpartum care. After a 90 minute consultation, I will customize your birth plan and provide you with a digital copy that you can easily share with your support people, medical providers, and even medical staff the day of your birth.
This Birth Plan Offering is limited to 90 minutes of contact time and no additional support in the prenatal, birth, or postpartum phases. I will provide one round of edits after the initial plan is complete. If you are interested in direct support, please see my other offerings.
Postpartum Doula Offering
$40/hour
I will provide daytime postpartum support during the fourth trimester (the first three months after birth), to help you transition into your new role. Postpartum care can include any of the following, based on your needs: newborn care and feeding; newborn care education; emotional and non-medical physical support for the recovering birth parent; light housework (laundry, dishes, organizing, tidying up); breastfeeding and baby-wearing support; nourishing meals; emotional support for partners and siblings; assistance with schedules; education for parents and siblings; birth story awareness and insight.
Packages are available in 6 or 12 hour increments. Shifts can be 3 or 4 hours.

Birth Doula Offering
$1300+
You will receive monthly visits from the time we begin services until birth; the development of a personalized birth plan; unlimited email and text support for non-urgent questions; full in-person doula support during active labor through birth; and up to two hours of doula support immediately after birth.
Birth doula services also come with one postpartum visit, scheduled in the first two weeks after birth.
I attend home births with a midwife, birth centers, and hospital births; unmedicated and medicated births; and C-sections, planned or emergency.

Full-Spectrum Doula Offering
Price Varies
This package provides you with monthly visits in the months leading up to your birth; the development of a personalized birth plan; unlimited email and text support for non-urgent questions; full in-person doula support during active labor through birth; and up to two hours of doula support immediately after birth.
After birth, you will receive 42 to 60 scheduled hours of daytime postpartum support over the fourth trimester (first three months). Then, monthly visits conclude at 6 months postpartum.
